Sarah (very Pregnant!) and I popped down to Dock 9 at
Salford Quays this morning to meet up with our friend Emma who is a keen open
water swimmer. We sat and watched from the side before treating her to a well-deserved
hot chocolate. An afternoon stroll and a shake at Battery Park topped of a
relaxing Saturday!
